Connecting reg to corny

I'm going to order THIS REGULATOR to attach to my corny. Would I need THE TAIL or would I be better getting something like THIS

I'd go for a push-fit, not sure if 3/8" is the size you need though.

The tail the seller suggests you should buy with the reg has a 3/8" BSP nut on it and the push fit fitting has a female 3/8" BSP so I'm guessing they will fit. Just dont want to order it and get the wrong bits if there are better ways of connecting the reg to the cornies
