Hi Everyone

I am pleased to say that after some issue about my brewing temperature I finally achieved two consistent SG readings and bottled my Coopers Ausie Larger. It has now been in our linen closet at about 20-22C for about 8 days, I have now transferred my bottles to the shed which is about 3-8C depending on the weather.

My question is, how long should I keep my beer in the shed? Is one week enough or should they remain there until the batch is finished???

Thanks & Cheers

They'll last longer if kept at cellar/shed temperatures. They'll also get better with age... Graham Wheeler suggests a beer needs 1 week for every 10 points of gravity so a 1060 OG beer that ends at 1010 would need 5 weeks to condition.
