Agreed. Lagered ale, they don't accept it as a style in lager than life as not brewed with lager yeast.

No problem, I just picked up some WLP036 Dusseldorf Alt ale yeast, Probably next on my list when the brew fridge is free

It's not like they'll do an analysis on the yeast they find in the beer. Just call it something else and enter it anyway.

I've done a few, and haven't been active on here lately (life getting in the way), but I'd be interested in the July Belgian comp. Happy to step back though for reasons outlined above

Hi all. I don't feel that it is right for me to judge the July Belgian comp. I just haven't been able to brew or contribute as much as I'd like this last year. Does anyone else want it? Thanks and apologies
