Onward for the next brew in the morning, this is a California Common, and is based on the brew from Linden Street Brewery, http://www.lindenbeer.com/ which I've done a couple of times, the recipe generously shared from Adam at the brewery. So what I'm brewing is the same grain bill, but altering the hops from all Northern Brewer, so we'll see how it works out. The previous brews resulted in a very nice golden coloured beer with a nice balance between sweetness and bitterness, so I'm hoping for a bit of bitter citrus from the Chinook and a dollop of Willamette for good measure.
