I’m about to cold crash a MJ czech pilsner before bottling, is it best to drop the temp in the fridge all in one go or drop a few degrees per day. It’s finished fermenting at 20° and has been dry hopped for 2 days so I’m wondering if a big drop in temp from 20° to around 3° in a short space of time will do any harm. Cheers, Pete.

I'm in the same boat with my Pilsner but was just going to cold crash it in the bottles for 4 weeks. My guess is that there's about 20 ways to do 1 thing and we all have a different view. It's my first lager so fingers crossed.

Yeah it’s only my 2nd brew and first lager so I’m going to cold crash it in the fv to let everything drop then bottle and condition.
