Coffee porter

Has anyone had a go at a coffee porter? If so how much should I add and what kind of coffee should I use?

Never tried adding coffee but chocolate malt (especially the darker ones) can give a lot of roast coffee flavours also brown malt has a bit of coffee roast about it. To add more might be overwhelming!

Did you add the chocolate malt in the primary or secondary stage?

I always add it for a full mash but apparently it can be simply steeped in water. T
