You all have dirty filthy minds, yes you know what you were thinking :lol:
But I have a book that contains this recipe,
Basically a roast chicken carcass is chopped up and soaked in white wine for a few days and then the wine and carcass are added to a fermenting 1.050 OG beer :grin:
I'm going to adapt the recipe to all grain instead of malt extract and sugar
So on Wednesday I'll be giving it a go, I'll be having a small ready roasted chicken for lunch tomorrow so that the carcass can soak in Wurzels orange wine for a couple of days :shock:
