Ahh hadn't heard that. Also I'm sure there's a place up the back of deadruth in the industrial estate between tesco and the hospital? Anyway, good luck! 👍
Yep, that will be BOC. Not sure whether they're interested in small time users, but worth a call to find out.

I now use BOC - for the time being, at least. I always used Adams gas where I lived before but have really struggled dealing with a local stockist who seem unfamiliar with the needs of any customers other than welders. After getting nowhere for a couple of weeks, I signed up with BOC online and then collected a 6.4Kg cylinder of food grade CO2 same day. They deliver CO2 for free, but they don't deliver to domestic addresses.

There's admittedly a monthly rental charge of about £3.80 ex-VAT per cylinder for the "SB" cylinder I have (the short stubby one, rather than the "B" tall thin one where the rental is slightly less) but, right now, I'm happy with paying rental for the convenience and reliability. I'll re-evaluate my options when I've got through it all!
