This will sort out your co2 issues, to answer your other question, your keg will be ok for about 50% approx, after that youll need some sort of means of getting pressure into the barrel.

Hambleton Bard S30 is what most use but the bulbs will sort your purpose too.

Thanks mate. Just been in and couldn't find it. Our tesco doesn't have a homebrew section though.
