I made the CML pudding wine and it was a success. I ended up with an extra bottle so thinking about 12 to 15%

CML XMas Pudding Wine

The only problem was the suet stuck to the hydrometer and I wasn't able to get accurate reading.

Anyone got any ideas for an easy fix.

Filtering the wine just removed the flour/bread. The fat clung on.

At the end of fermentation the fat clumps and can easily be removed with the filter process.

Xmas pudding will be discounted now.
