Jarrow 'oop north'....
My WOW and pineapple WOW dont seem to be clearing as good as I thought they would especially the pineapple one :( I added finings last
week but am I expecting too much too soon??
After finings have been added, should the DJ be touched at all, as in mixing it again after the finings have settled (hope this makes sense)..

Had fermentation completely finished - did you measure gravities?

Did you rack using CTs and stabilise with sorbate?

Did you give it a good shaking or whizzing to de-gas?

What finings did you use?

After adding finings and giving it a good shake to mix well, leave the jar alone (preferably in a cool place) and I would expect to see a visible difference within 1-2 days, and complete clarity within a week.

If using PETs, give them a gentle turn at least a couple of times a day for the first couple of days to dislodge sediment which settles on the ridges.

Hi Moley.... in answer to your Q's.... yep. measured G, came out at .996
Racked using CT and stabiliser
Yep... the WOW got a damn good shaking.... but the pineapple one didnt get that good a mix...
I used Youngs finings following their destructions..

Maybe it's because I haven't moved them to a cooler place, they are still on the kitchen bench where I start all my batches off????
