Clearing the Wort

Hi

I am new to the site/forum

I am involved in a very small semi commercial brew kit which makes appx 18/20galls at a time for sale in my pub

So far so good but may be more luck than judgement!

My first query is - does anyone have experience of Irish Moss vs Protafloc ??
