This has probably been done many many times but I'm just so lazy to troll through old posts!
At the moment I just soak my bottles (glass) in VWP for 15 mins or longer, give a really good shake & 2 rinses.
I was wondering (after I got some good gunge out) if I should be using a bottle brush too. It's not like I'm not taking my time!!! A bottling session takes me best part of 4 hours so could prob do with more prep!

clean your bottles out before you dry them and store them, then on bottling day a quick sanitise (I use videne) and off you go :thumb:

Another way to keep the dirt out is to cover the openings with cling film or kitchen foil. Only thing is the time it takes to do, and then as above when it comes to bottling a bit of videne. :)

all my bottles get washed after being emptied then dried and stored horazontally. Quick rinse with starsan and away I go :thumb:
