hi just wondered if some one could help me iv brewed some cider iv added tannin from 3 tea bags to 4.5 liters of apple juice and 16 oz of sugar it finninshed fermenting and iv transfered it in to a second dj and after a week i bottled it and primed the bottles for it to become fizzy and left it about 2 weeks now and i smelt it to see what it smelt like and it smelt sulfery so i tried it and it tasted sulfery but the other thing is it seems like it has got stronger than 8.7 persent
