:cheers: hi guys n gals,hope you are well.i write today in hope that one of you readers may suggest a cider tin kit that you are finishing sucessfully.the only experience i have is one youngs cider failure(bitter watery vinegar) :sick: this i admit i tried to do with normal sugar and no heater,im sure this didnt help.any tips additives advice will be apprieciated.thanks in advance.leo
 
Just to add to the above, I once made some cider straight from a mix of apples donating by friends and family and used a white wine yeast as it was the only thing to hand. The resulting cider was the best I've ever tasted.

The downside was that out of all the boxes of apples we only got about 1.5 gallons and the press cost £15 to hire! I'd definitely do it again if I could get enough apples for 10 galls.
