Cider ended??

Hi all.

Just a follow up on a previous post. Brew started 16th October. Using my own pressed apple juice (15 litres) and GV13 yeast. Activity quiet so tested gravity tonight (SG was 1050) and sat at 1000. Seems to have finished awfully fast and cider has zero sweetness, almost sour? Which are all things that didn't happen last year on a much smaller run. Any advice on what's going on and what I should do????!!!
 
If you started on the 16th, it’s well finished fermenting.
I’ve been using the same yeast this year and have had very fast fermenting times.
From about a week to 3 days, depending on the temperature.
Nothing to do but to rack/clear and bottle.
