Wherry, brewed short to 19L with two jars (680g) of honey. OG 1056. Will give it a week and bung in 50g of Goldings then leave for another week.
 
It's down to 1010 now which equates to 6.5%, but there is still the odd bubble coming through the blow off tube. I'm away from Monday afternoon to Thursday so I'll leave it then start cooling and fining over next weekend. It looks and tastes very nice indeed.
