Have you done yours? I've got a wheat, pale ale, saison and ESB in the shed. Bottled another pale today. Brewing a stout tomorrow and hopefully another stout or pale on Saturday...I pray it's enough!

Three down one to go here! Should get it done next week, an IPA so should turn around quickly enough.

I did the malt miller Belgian blonde AG kit for Christmas, first time I’ve ever waited beyond the minimum time before supping! Brewed in early October, sitting in a pressure barrel currently, to be bottled early December. Has any one else had a go at this kit? From the barrel tastes promising!

It's not just Xmas, think about new year too! Get those brews on.

I'll be making a Weissbier in a couple of weeks which should be ready just in time. Plenty stout and IPA to see me through but the ESB and brown ale are going down fast...

Just needs the extracts (chocolate, vanilla and peppermint) adding, and bottling, and mine will be done. Chocolate mint robust porter that's hit a nice 6.3% ABV.... To add to the strong ale (the one that was supposed to be an ESB, until I overshot on efficiency...) and the other porter I have. I have plenty of other beers too to go at. Got a golden ale on the go too that should be ready in plenty of time too, assuming it's not nasty (I used Jester hops again, so the jury is out...), that's not very seasonal though. Got a fair few left of my Belgian Wit left too if all else fails, although if I get started on that it'll vanish at speed I can tell you....

I have my whiskey barrel stout (12%) and Belgian Quads (both +11%) to spring on the relatives for the holidays. They'll have no idea what hit them. Seriously, I'll be serving these beers in flight glasses (4oz) and keeping the availability under tight control.

This is probably the last weekend to brew for me and the weekend is already chock full of activity with a gig tonight, rugby on the box tomorrow, palace spurs to go to and remembrance activities on Sunday so having a bout of insomnia as I worry about what to brew and where to fit it in with stocks not where they should be.

Currently only have Greg Hughes Christmas offering maturing (tried one last weekend and was underwhelmed) think thats going to need everyone of the next 6 weeks in the bottle.

Got 25L of Darkstar Festival clone to package today, thats probably going in bottles as will need to cart some to Carlisle at Christmas.

Have a full corny of choc milk stout but thats not really to my taste.

Quite a lot of other bottles and a few minikegs but most of them are things from efforts early in my odyssey where the flaws and off tastes are obvious. A Belgian tripel I made from left over DME perhaps has some promise as will have had 6 months but not exactly session.

Got a sack of pale and a good assortment of other grains and adjuncts and a reasonable selection of hops. I'm leaning towards trying a clone of Hophead but then again Ive been itching to have a crack at GW's Pendles Witch version and then again there have been lots of good reports of GH's ESB recently and then again there is all that lager malt and so it goes on.....

I've currently 3 on the go, 1 of which to bottle later today and trying to get a further 3 brews started before the end of next week. That aught to keep me going into Xmas and new year.

I have a nice Saison that's ready for drinking, a vanillacoffeechocolatemilkstout that's carbing up now and should be ready in time (it's only about 4%). And I'm hoping I can squeeze in a Hefeweiss in too, although I might be cutting it too fine as I might not be able to brew until 8/9th December.

Probably got enough now....

~44 bottles of Oaked Rum Ale
~6 of Youngs AIPA (kept back from summer)
~12 Brewferm Christmas (made for last Xmas)
~25 Brewferm Abdij
~18 Turbo Cider
Currently fermenting 5 gallons of Beer Works Will's Olde English Ale for draught.

5 gallon ESB kit to do for the New Year and 5 gallons of Bulldog Triple Tykes to drink between now and whenever it runs out.

Probably get a few cases of Belgian stuff / craft beer to bolster the stocks + a couple of cases of lager for those than insist on drinking it.

Horners, I have found exactly the same. Tried one last night and it was a bit, meh, it's only been in the bottle two weeks, so hopefully it will develop nicely for Christmas, but I was hoping for more to be honest. I undershot the OG quite a bit so it's not as strong as it should be which isn't helping.

In addition to the winter warmer I've got a vanilla mild, a chocolate mild, a hoppy american pale ale and easy drinking Vienna session pale all conditioning in bottles, also a crate of a Belgium abbey ale I brewed earlier in the year tucked away. This weekend will be my last brew before Christmas and I'm going to do the Orange and Peppercorn Saison I did back in July as it went down well with the family.

1858 youngers 140/- from Ron Patisans book and Clansman Ale both of which were bottled months ago and set aside for Christmas, also got a totally tropical pale, Englush ipa and a Saison ready, few bottles of stout and lager. Also want to get an ordinary bitter on the go hopefully next weekend which should be good around Christmas.

Wow.. you've got taste man. Youngs AIPA and Brewferm Abdij are among my favorites. Already stocked them :)

Just rushed a Festival Father Hooks bitter kit, need to stock up on malt this weekend for a porter.

I joined here on 1st august to start brewing again, since then I have :

36 bottles of my Christmas ale (aka cough syrup)
20 bottles B&M ipa
20 bottles B&M larger & lime
I keg of best bitter
40 bottles copper ale
40 bottles blackcurrant & liquorice stout
8 TC Christmas cider
24 other TCs

and to date I've only drunk 6 pints out the keg ! so in short im probably ok for Christmas

I'm hoping the patients will have paid off !
