Hi All
I brewed a Burton Bridge stout clone a while back ... Very nice indeed and I would like to use it as a base for a chocolate stout. Now I have no clue what type of Chocolate to use ..is Blacks chocolate ok? And when to add it to the boil???

Any Help please lay it on me :thumb:

Best way would be to add Chocolate Nibs to the boiler, I'd go with a minimum of 250g for a 5 gallon batch . . . Another possibility is to add them to a Randalliser when dispensing. . . . :hmm: . . . Got me thinking now . . . Rob you need to add another flavoring to your shop

I'm going to do an oatmeal stout, and probably flavor a corny with Chocolate, One with Vanilla, and one with both, leaving the 4th plain . . . should be nice for Christmas :hmm:
