100g wheat malt
Mashed in 7 litres of water at 66.7 for an hour
Batch sparged with 8 litres at 80 for ten minutes.

9g Chinook @ 15 mins
5g Citra @ 10 mins

Quarter protofloc tablet at 50 mins

Three weeks in the FV, dry hopped with 10g of citra after two weeks.
I bottled this on the 19th of June, and tried some today, really good. Lovely hop flavour, strong beer but not sharp at all, I'm very chuffed with it, just as good as many commercial APAs. I shall make some more...
