I wrote a short description of one of my beers tonight with the view to putting it on the bottle labels, I found myself getting carried away and it sounds like a bloody M&S food advert.

I thought it might be funny if anyone else wants to have a go at a cheesy/humour review of their own beer, if a few people add theirs we can add a poll and vote for the best

Here's my load of old cheese, where's the crackers

BIG KENNY is an example of a Chestnut coloured ESB the combination of 5 different grains (Pale, Crystal, Chocolate malt, Roasted Barley and Torrified Wheat) gives this beer a complex malt profile with a subtle roast malt flavour. First Wort Hopped using Challenger gives Big Kenny a well rounded bitterness, the late additions of Fuggles & East Kent Golding hops gives a floral and slightly spicy flavour & aroma.

Thank god for that Wez I thought you were going to say your Beer has a cheesy taste!

I'll try and think of something suitably cheesy.

 remember my "Stilton Porter"

Car Text Stout,
An English stout, brewed from pale, chocolate and black malt to give an initial explosion of dark black licorice flavour which is followed by malt sweetness which develops into a lasting dark chocolate bitterness which is accentuated by the Magnum and Northdown hops.
Pleasing to the eye as well as taste with a depth Stygian darkness which is emphasised by a lasting creamy head.

Cheesy enough ;)

That had the old cheese-o-meter twitching tubby :thumb:
