Hi everyone, just joined and am looking forward to picking up a few tips and getting my newbie questions answered.
I have a St Peters golden ale 36 pint kit on the go as my first attempt, using gear I bought from the Maidstone wine making centre.

Nothing stupid about questions on the forum providing it's about beer,wine etc so fire away as we've all been there.
