I really struggle to let beer mature too. The simple fact is that if you like it, sod it, it's ready!

Good work old chap. What did you brew? :)

:D , second one is on so it will be easyer to leave alone (maybe) and will be doing therd one strait away ish , soon as iv got the bottles so should have a nice loop going on :)

its was a werry , and the second is a bitter , next will be a larger of some sorts :)

thanks again :drink:

i fine it becomes easier to leave alone if you brew lots of batches :drink: ive managed to leave em alone as im still tucking in to my first ag batch :drunk:

Yeah I know the feeling. It's just too tempting to say 'I want a beer = it's ready to drink'. In fact while were on the subject. What's the recommended minimum mature time anyone.?

Hope the next one works out well for you

Happy brewing

all depends what you've brewed , wheat beer about 2 to 4 weeks after carb but most are about 6 months for best some even a year but others 4 months so depends what .....

I leave mine in the keg 4-6 weeks, sometimes a bit longer especially if it's strong brew
