Hi guys, I'm looking for some advice on a wilko's ceveza I'm brewing, I made it with a beer enhancer and adding finings for 2 days after fermentation completed. I've bottled it and left it in a warm place for 5 days, I'm wondering if outside on my porch would be too cold to finish, it's like 0° to 3° outside

Brewed this on 16th Jan, bottled it on 30th of Jan. I only left it the warm for 5 days as I wanted to start a Mangrove Jack's American IPA. Wished I done as usual and left it for 2 weeks (which is what I have always done. 10 brews). Tried a sample after 10days in the bottle, 5 in warm/ 5 in attic (cold) NOT very good to be honest worst brew I've done so far. Hopefully it'll improve over time 🤞

Give it 2 weeks in the warm to properly carbonate. On here they say 2,2,2 weeks at least that's 2 weeks fermentation, 2 weeks in warm to carbonate & 2 weeks in cold to clear ( minimum)
I have followed this for ALL my brews apart from the Cerveza.
