Hi Nobby, please can you keep your posts a bit more succinct - I am finding them a bit wordy :p

Seriously though, nice recipe, I love a cascade pale ale, can't go wrong with that, hope it turns out great.

The humour on this forum can be a little strange, sometimes I don't get the jokes, until itune in.

I do like the look of Nobbys recipe though, I might Mac that on my next brew day.

If you have an electric boiler, make sure you use the correct powerpoint...

I have wort on my PCs still trying to get my head round recipes
This is a Greg Hughes recipe with more bittering hops as advised on here
Tasted good on the sample
Now the wait
And I don't have to come on here to have the Michael taken out of me
Can go to the pub for that 😀👍

Should be good cascade is a nice hop I did a pale blonde ale this summer and it went down a treat, everyone loved it, has that floral zing to it almost a bit lychee in aroma

I agree Covrich.

Copper Dragon Golden Pippin is heavily 'Cascaded', single hop I think, and is a very decent pint. Definately got a Cascade single hop brew on my to do list. Good luck with it nobbyhigo.
