Hi all I've just done my second carrot wine, basically the recepie I followed said to leave it in a fermenting bucket for at least a week 'ended up leaving it for nearly two weeks' , when I put it in to a demijohn , it has briefly bubbled an now stopped??? My other which I did a few weeks ago is still giving the odd bubble... Does this mean my 2nd is no good??? Am very new to this so any help or advice would be much appreciated .

Your post title just reminded me of all those carrots that were on the television the other night that were being dug over in a farmers field because either they were the wrong shape or surplus to requirements. I thought at the time why don't someone make carrot wine out of them surely there must be a use for them rather than being wasted.
I would be interested in your recipe..:thumb:
