carrot wine

just botteled my 1 gal of elderflower wine,just starting to make carrot wine, could anybody tell me what the taste of this will be. :thumb:

Not sure of the taste but thinking of making some my self. The turks here drink juiced carrot all the time, never tried it my self though.

I made one, hard to recall exactly how to describe the taste. Nice though.
Just a little bitter when first bottled according to my notes. Might open one on Friday, will try to remember to check back.
And I made it slightly too strong, I think.
