Just a quick question. I’ve had the last brews bottles in the fermentation fridge for 2 weeks. It’s been a little cooler than I’d have liked because I also had a FV in there with another batch doing its thing at 18C. After 1 week the 10 plastic bottles had pressed up quite nicely. Not hard but certainly plump. I pushed the temp up to 20C Over the last few days as the FV has all but finished. Checked the bottles today, and the plastic bottles are certainly firm. Now the question is, is that all we are looking for in the warm phase of carbonation. If the bottles are as firm as I would like them is it good to go and time to move them into a cooler area. Or are other things going on in this carbonation phase.

If they've been carbonating for two weeks and the bottles are firm then you can move them somewhere cooler to condition for two weeks or as long as you can resist trying one.

Hahaha. Thanks guys.
no I’m refraining until next weekend. I gave a couple out to two good friend yesterday and told them to put them in the fridge. We are planning a zoom call next Sunday to do a live opening and tasting.
