To answer the various questions there:
Yes the glasses were all cleaned at the same time in the dishwasher so its unlikely that the classes caused the difference in carbonation.
I used the ratio of sugars from 'how to brew' by John Palmer, so they should have been equivalent levels of carbonation for each sugar, the exact quantities are in the table on my website post (which I can't figure out how to copy here!)

From the looks of your experiment the excellent carbonation was down to priming with good old demarara.

Actually checked my notes on this, I primed with Dextrose for some reason. So yeah, well done Dextrose.
