Hello all,
I just tried tapping the Simply pale which has been "on gas for a week"...
Anyway,it poured, slowly about half a pint then stopped. I thought the dip tube might have been bent,it's soft plastic, then decided to disconnect and reconnect the gas. There was the sound of the non return serving gas and the tap now serves properly but the beer isn't properly carbonated. It is crystal clear though!
So,what's gone "wrong"? I wonder if I didn't quite push the gas connection on? The gas also serves another keg which was a bit fobby to start earlier but now seems OK.
I've checked for leaks..can't see any,the dials on the reg are still at the same points..
Any suggestions?

This is the bitter. Had to get another for research purposes. 🙄
The filter on the floating dip tube has changed position as the keg is very low so that explains the fobbing. It's OK now. Got about 5 pints left in I recon..be ok for starters tomorrow. Then I'll either have to buy a couple or suffer a few flat pints off the pale.
