carbonation and taste

Hello!

I need some advise about carbonating and how it will affect the taste.

Firstly, when is the best time and at what stange is it best to carbonate(with a c02 injector)?

Secondly, will carbonation improve taste? and if so, why?

Any advise would be appreciated!

Carbonation won't affect the taste, but it sounds to me like you're going to be using a pressure barrel?

In that case CO2 injectors are only for maintaining dispensing pressure, your keg should be primed with sugar and carbonation occurs naturally.
