Hi, I brew in my garage with a submersed heater then I bottle and have been bringing inside to carb up for 2 weeks before going back to the garage and putting the bottles on the cold floor.

The wife wants the space back I've been using in the house. I have electric in the garage but limited space and no real ventilation . any ideas or alternative ways to easily and cheaply carb up in a cold place?

yeah seen this method but its a bit of work to do and don't have the space for a fridge really.

Any kind of box is better for controlling temperature than an open space, doesn't necessarily have to be a fridge.

I guess so, I have a cold frame that I use to over winter plants in the garden that would die in the summer that I will move to the garage soon, I guess I cold use this with some sort of heater in it but that sort of heater is safe?

safe for both, what kind of heather though, one to heat a room would be far too big.

and a terrarium heater maybe?
