Carapils in IPA?

Hi All,

I was thinking of making an IPA with about 7kg Marris Otter and 500g Carapils. Would this work?

Oh, and roundabout a metric sh*tload of hops.... :whistle:

Yes indeed, a little bit of carapils will help give a little extra body to the beer without any colour. :thumb:

:thumb: I've done an IPA with just 6k of maris otter and 500g of carapils

it does add body, as Dunfie says, supposed to be good for a little head retention too.
