The LHBS has decided to stock a wider range of grain and has just got Caramalt in with more interesting malts to follow. I've picked up 500g to have a play would you just use in place of crystal and what kind of flavour profile would it give?
I'm thinking of an easy drinker session ale maybe 60% MO 30% Munich 8% Caramalt and 2% Wheat does that sound the right kind of way to use this grain?
