Cantina Pinot

Just made a Cantina Pinot ,after one week it has gone a deep yellow and very strong tasting,made about 24 bottles and all have gone the same way. Any ideas why this has happened or is it normal for this particular kit?

Quite disapointed nobody has come back to me on this thread ,never mind going to drink it any way lol....
