Hi guys it's been a while but I've decided to throw on a new brew... But in not sure if the juice is not the right kind

Ingredients on label :
Water
Cranberry juice
Malic acid
Flavourings
Ascorbic acid
Anthocyanins (colouring)
Sodium citrate

(Pectin)

Sucralose.

Pectin killed it yea??

I've a slight bit of action now , bubble every 20 seconds and getting slightly quicker ... I'll let it carry on

Ascorbic might slow it down a bit, but if it's bubbling then it's a promising start 😊

Just to say it's bubbling away quite fast now, this is day 6 so I think I might have a good one on the go, it's god a great color so I think she will be a lovely rosé when done.

Thanks roddy for your reply , it's good to get reassurance.

It's just beginning to slow down now so maybe Sunday I'll carry on to the next step.
