Hi,

I have a dilemma. It would be more beneficial to me to go home from uni tonight, rather than tomorrow, however I have a cider that needs bottling first. I checked it in the morning two days ago and it was at 1.020 on the hydrometer. I checked it at 2pm today, day 6, and it was at 1.006. I have just checked it again, 9pm, and it is 1.002.

Can I bottle it now, even though I havent done the test of the same reading two days straight? I have clear pet bottles.

O yeah, the instructions say takes around 7 days, and its been about 6 days 6 hours lol

Thanks

I forgot to take one, oops. However, I can say its a brew buddy cider and I added 1kg of sugar to 5 gallons.

If you do bottle it don't add any priming sugar, it is still fermenting and still has sugar in solution :thumb:
You had probably already figured that out already :)
