Can I add liquor once Ive pitched my yeast?

I've pitched my yeast but am well above my target gravity.

Can I add water to bring the OG down to the correct level?

Yes :thumb: If the yeast is already going just try to make sure the temp of the water is near the temp of the yeast....don't want to shock them :grin:

Yep, I've done it, for the same reason as you. Just boil the water to ensure it is sterile, cool as Vossy says, and add to your FV.
