can anyone recommend a kit or two?

i have found that swmbo, who normally only drinks lager or wine, likes the blue moon wheat beer.

Can anyone recommend a kit that i could use to try and make something like this? I know i will need to adapt the kit but what would i need to add?

I am also looking for a nice light golden ale.

Any advice/ hints/ tips will be very much appreciated

I think that Coopers do a wheat beer kit - they definately do wheat malt extract so you could try a partial extract or mini-mash if you were feeling brave.

Hallertau Hersbrucker hops are particularly nice in a wheat beer

Cheers guys, done a few coopers kits and been more than happy with them. I think this may be the best one to go with and will have to look at what hops to add later on

Not to sure that swmbo would be to happy with me walking around in one of these, althoght turning up to work in one might be interesting lol
