Dear fellow brewers,
I usually drink quite pale bitters and have recently got into my lager brewing but I do like a nice stout to dib into now and again. My last stout (United Stout of America) has lasted me nearly 18 months in an old king keg (gives a surprisingly good pour at garage temperature). I keep my cornies for my more regular beers.
Can anyone recommend a good stout AG kit? 4-7% ish. Don't want to get into the realms of Imperial stouts and end up having paracetamol for breakfast after a few pints.
I like the idea of a kit with no wastage but would also consider a recipe if anyone has got a good tried and tested brew.
Many thanks
