Hi All
Has anyone here got a recipe for Camden Hells that actually tastes like Camden Hells, maybe even brewed it themselves! Thanks

Here Is a Helles recipe I've brewed
22 litres
4000g Pilsner malt
400g Carapils
400g Vienna malt
200g Melanoidin
35g Herbrucker @60 minutes
25g Tettnang @10 minutes
Either M54 or CML Hell yeast f you have temperature control.
ABV 5.3% IBU 20 SRM 5

Did you think it was like the "real Thing", or a poor copy?

Drinking my Munich Helles now

Don't know never had Camden Hell got the above recipe from GH book.
Camden Hells isn’t a proper Helles though, it’s more of a Helles/Pilsner hybrid so the GH recipe won’t be a match (although it is a great recipe)

Thanks Mick and CC. I saw some recipes which were full of American hops which to my mind are totally wrong, so going to give this one a go in the new year probably. Never made a lager before, so this will be interesting.
