apple and berry i hear...if you're ever unsure, just brew it with pale malt and a tonne of bitterness and aroma hops!

I was think about making a America pale ale and use them for aroma and dry hopping.

I used these in my second brew together with Galaxy hops. The apple / pear flavour is fairly mild, so you might chuck in a good amount as late hops (double whatever you're thinking of) and dry hop. The bittering, as with the Galaxy is OK, but probably a bit of a waste of hops. At first it doesn't come across as a great hop, but might be that ridiculous amounts are needed for the flavour to come out.
