I brewed some coffee wine recently, just racked it after 6 weeks. I have put some Bentonite in it but that doesn't seem to have stopped the brewing process much and it's not clearing. Any idea's Chippy mate?
 
I was thinking of just letting it burn itself out but it's still going but dying a death slowly. Not in any hurry, just want at least one bottle drinkable for xmas day =)
 
As said you need wine stabiliser to stop it, try kwik clear or youngs clear it they are the best I have used for clearing.
