Here's a weird one for you. I'm brewing on Thu and also supposed to be making a cake fir the school's autumn fair. Was just wondering: would it be possible/desirable to steep some fruit in a hop tea to make a beery version of a tea loaf? Has anyone any experience of baking using hops, or are there so few recipes out there with good reason?
