Ok i have made a turbo ribena :ugeek: my question is this, it started very slowly, then started to cake up nicely, that lasted about three days, thats gone now and been replaced with bubbles and froth :?: the bubbler is doing the constant bubble gas release :thumb: Is all this action normal? and when it stops being so active how long before i transfer to another demi to clear please?

Sounds completely normal to me :thumb: .

It depends on a number of factors like temperature, type of yeast, type of fruit/juice fermented, whether you put yeast nutrient in there etc, shouldn't be and more than two weeks (often a lot quicker) to ferment out, just wait until it stops bubbling and take a hydrometer reading for two consecutive days and if it's the same on both days it's done, then you can rack it , if you use good finings it will be drinkable within a week after racking.

EDIT:

will be drinkable within a week after racking.

Not always the case, again depends on other factors like residual sugar, type of fruit used etc, but usually within a week.
