c02 question

hi,i was just wondering for those of you out there using cornies and proper pub style c02 systems do you secure your gas cannister in any way as i am about to order one and remembered when i worked in pubs the gas used to always be chained to the wall. Is this really neccessary??

Sounds like a regulation to me. Do you need to chain it to the wall? Are you likely to be knocking it over?

The main thing is to make sure it is secured so it can't fall over and damage the valve. If that happens then it turns into a CO2 propelled rocket. :shock:

I chain mine up........... not cos it's dangerous..........oh-no, we've some gypo's nearby.
