Hi everyone. My first attempt a brewing my own beer was over 30 years ago, starting with kits then advancing to all grain, with equipment somewhat cobled together (my boiler, which doubled as my fermenting bin) was a fermenting bin with an electric kettle element fitted (by me). Moving away from the area with my job, I left beind all my gear as I would not have had the time to use it. Now retired, I have taken to brewing again with just kits so far but am hoping to soon move on to BIAB. Pretty much successful with the kits to date but experiencing some problems of late - but that's another story.
