Hi I’m trying to make a top hat. Unfortunately burtonwood went out of business. Does anyone have a recipe. Please

Unless you get a recipe from the brewery which if theywere taken over a email is worth a shot the MM version will be very close apart from the yeast which is what does make the difference in many clone type copies of being like to the same

I live in the brewery town or 2 miles away. I’ll put out a fb post. The brewery has closed unfortunately

You may be lucky that a ex employee can shed some light on the recipe if it was local to you

There is a recipe in one of Graham Wheelers books, possibly the second one. Lent some of my books to a friend so can't look at the moment.
