Bulldog Beer Kit - Evil Dog Double IPA

Bottled 23 litres of Evil Dog Double IPA yesterday, and oh my giddy aunt the heady aroma of hops was quite simply amazing!

Took quite a while to ferment out, though it cleared easily enough, 20 days from pitching the yeast to bottling the brew. It did was it said on the box though, it fermented out to 7.5%, a proper synapse smasher!

I'm wondering how long it will take to gas up and condition nicely (any clues?)

Might have to hide a box or two in the garage for a few months, in an attempt to keep my wandering beer hand away from it.

Now I'm looking forward to trying it :thumb:

Ive just bottled my third kit of this stuff. Its already gased up a decent amount since bottling on Wednesday (I usually fill a few brown PET bottles-I do a unscientific squeeze test to see if bottle is hard)
I'd advise caution when drinking this brew- very drinkable but damn near special brew strength. I'd always regret forth pint, (bad head in the morning) This is one reason I don't brew it that often but this batch is mainly for sharing.

Bottled Bad cat imperial red, about 3 weeks ago! been in the cellar for 2 weeks and it has drastically improved since the first sample last week.
first go at home brewing so wasn't expecting much, but so far it looks promising.
