Hi all, had this in fermenter for 4 weeks wasn't able to bottle due to unforseen circumstances will it still be OK to bottle ? I haven't took the fv lid off since brew was put in 4 weeks ago and I haven't done a taste test either, any advice would be much appreciated. TIA.

Should be fine. Providing it's been kept air free under fermentation lock. Can last months like that.
